As a Reflexologist and Body worker for over 25 years I am also an Advocate for Wellness with more than 40 years in the Natural Health Foods Industry wiwth a certification in nutition from American Health Science University and a Diplomate in Holistic Iridology from The International Institute of Iridology.  I am a graduate of International Institute of Reflexology in St. Petersburg, FL and assisited Dwight Byers with Spa shows in LAs Vegas.  I was an instructor of Holisitic Reflexology at CCSN in Las Vegas and later on an Instructor in Falls Church, VA at NMTI.

I am back in Florida and love helping those individuals discover that bodywork, as well as good fuel for the body can assisit in living a life of optimal performance.

Your Feet and your Body don't have to hurt to experience the wonderful benefits of Bodywork and how taking care of the house you live in is (the Body) is as important as changing the oil in your car.  And just maybe more important.
