In 1998, I began doing yoga and getting therapeutic massage from Paola Feher. I studied with Paola to become a yoga teacher, and Yoga Alliance designates me as an Experienced-Registered Yoga Teacher. I took a basic massage therapy training in California, and continued bodywork training with Paola Feher. I have added additional trainings with John Barnes Myofascial Release, Barral Visceral Manipulation, and Upledger Cranial Sacral work.
