My name is Chris Hileman, CNHP and I'm the owner of a holistic wellness business called Roots & Branches.  I've not only seen the holistic approach to health work on other people, over and over, but I'm also "living proof" myself.

I've been working through a very traumatic experience for the last 33 years, after being hit by a car as a pedestrian.  I was told, at the age of 14, that I'd never have children and may never walk again.  As physically and emotionally painful and draining as it was, I learned to walk all over again and I'm happy to report that I have two natural children (my miracles), two adopted children (my gifts) and an amazing grandson (the light of my life).

I deal, 24/7, with chronic pain and limitations.  Although the surgeons have wanted to replace both knees and operate on my lower back for several years now, I've made the choice to treat my issues holistically and I'm still going strong.

At Roots & Branches, my goal is to help you regain balance and wholeness in all areas of your life.  I don't believe anyone has to allow chronic pain, obesity, addiction, genetic predispositions or any form of health imbalance to dictate their life.  I also believe that when your body is in balance, it will heal itself.
