I am located near the intersection of Bright and Sawmill Road at 7287 Sawmill Road Suite 100, Dublin, Ohio 43016. I have certification in Neuromuscular Therapy and offer myofascial release, trigger point work, and postural assessment in addition to basic relaxation massages and Reiki. I am also a RYT 200 yoga instructor registered with Yoga Alliance, and I am currently finishing my studies as an Ayurvedic Health Educator. I have experience working with various conditions such as plantar fasciitis, frozen shoulder, and low back pain. I enjoy educating my clients about posture and anatomy as it relates to their condition or pain pattern, which I feel is critical for helping people escape chronic problems.
