I am a licensed massage therapist with over 1,000 hours of continuing education and am certified by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork.  I have over 300 hours in Reflexology and am certified by the American Reflexology Certification Board in foot reflexology.  I am also an Usui Reiki Master, and maintain membership in the Reiki Membership Association.

I love giving massage, reflexology and Reiki sessions, and find that they energize and revitalize me.  I take the time to understand my client's needs, and devote 100% of my effort to providing a therapeutic and client-centered session.  I am passionate about helping others achieve a more enjoyable, active, and healthy lifestyle, and believe that the modalities I provide are strong contributors to a holistic, beneficial, andimportant body maintenance schedule.  I also strive to provide an environment where the client feels safe, comfortable, and blessed.

My clients say that they feel comfortable with, and have confidence in my skills, and that relaxation often comes quickly after our sessions begin.  Some have shared their stories of feeling the healing effects of their sessions during or immediately after a session.  I have been able to move my massage and reflexology clients from weekly to monthly or bi-monthly maintenance schedules as their health issues quickly improve.
