Massage modalities include relaxation, deep tissue, myofascial, sports, structural alignment, proper posture, reflexology, craniosacral therapy AND MORE.

Integrative Nutrition Health Coach , Certified personal fitness trainer and Certified MECA Back Instructor with 30+ years of exercise training including Nautilus and an athlete since childhood, playing baseball, football, basketball, hockey, squash, racquetball, tennis, golf, swimming, kayaking, hiking, skiing(water & snow), tried snowboarding, bowling, martial arts, tai chi, yoga, Pilates,....just to name a few.
