My practice runs the full range from working with athletes, injury rehab, assisted stretching and range of motion issues to relaxing Swedish massage and spa treatments. I trained at the National Holistic Institute in Emeryville, CA.  I believe that therapeutic massage is an essential part of a person's proactive health care.
