Sophia has been practicing massage since 1996.  She is a graduate of Northern Lights School of Massage Therapy, where she learned Swedish massage, integrated Swedish and trigger point therapy.  After graduation, she went on immediately to study neuromuscular therapy and myofascial release.  In 2000, she received National Certification in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork.  She advances her massage practice techniques through the continuous study of anatomy, of structural integration, and of condition-specific treatment approaches by various bodywork modalities.
