Teri Michel attended Northern Arizona Massage Therapy Institute, American Institute of Vedic Studies, and has studied with The Chopra Center. She is Nationally Certified in Bodywork, a Licensed Massage Therapist in Florida, and a Certified Ayurvedic Health Educator.

    Her training includes Abhyanga, Shirodhara, Marma Point Therapy, Indian Head Massage, Swedish, Lymph Drainage, Shiatsu, Myofascial Release, CranioSacral, Lomi Lomi, Face Lift Massage, & Raindrop Therapy.

     In addition, she is a Reiki Master, and has studied Ayurveda, Herbal Medicine and Traditional Thai Yoga Massage. She is trained in Hatha Yoga, Pranayama, Yoga Nidra & Primordial Sound
