I have been interested in the healing community since I was 2 years old. My heart of compassion and bouts with personal illness throughout my life have made me sensitive and empathetic to my clients' hurts, both physically and mentally. The massage room is a place of healing for those seeking relief from anything: stress to muscle tension to just needing to connect with another person. I have practiced massage therapy for more than 6 years and have loved every second! I specialize in deep tissue and trigger point modalities, but am also skilled in reflexology, cranial sacral, and lymphatic drainage.
