Rejuvenating Waters Therapeutic Massage is owned and operated by Alyssa Haj, LMT. I am a graduate of the New York Institute of Massage and licensed by the State of New York.

Massage increases circulation, decreases stress, and can aid the body in healing itself. It can also aid in rehabilitation from an injury by increasing the healing time and reducing the formation of scar tissue.

I began Rejuvenating Waters after working in the medical field for over 5 years. I saw the benefits of massage as a holistic approach to chronic pain and stress that many people struggle with every day.
