Since 2009, I have enjoyed serving the community with a focus on strength and health through bodywork. I believe that massage therapy is a critical component to healing, and with years of experience as an athlete and athletic trainer, I have a personal perspective on its amazing benefits. I combine my background as an athlete and my training in biology, physiology, biomehcanics and robitocs to provide a wholistic approach to healing.
