Hi Folks!

I am a Montana girl at heart, originally from Billings and now calling Missoula home.

I love getting outside! From hiking, playing in the river, at the nearest hot springs, or cross country skiing you can usually find me out exploring.

I studied massage therapy at the Montana School of Massage in 2015 and have been practicing since, there I gained knowledge of Swedish Relaxation, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, and Sports massage. I specialize in Cupping Therapy, and am a certified cupping therapist from the International Cupping Therapy Association.  

My fascination with anatomy, which originally turned me onto massage therapy. I am always pursuing further knowledge into the intricate working of the human body, mind, and spirit and their interconnection. Sometimes we all need to hit the reset button. Let me help you create time for yourself to decompress.

Whether you are a desk body, athlete, busy student, weekend warrior, or just need a break from the chaos of life, I am here to get you the relief and relaxation that you need.

I go into each massage with intent, catering the experience to you.  I believe that creating space for relaxation and safety leads to the path of healing.
