Meet Our Members
Since the founding of Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals in 1987, ABMP has grown to 79,000 members, making it the largest massage membership association in the United States. Consumers can search geographically from among our membership on ABMP's online referral service.

ABMP supports an inclusive view of the massage and bodywork profession, embracing broadly diverse views and chosen forms of practice.

ABMP also supports consumer education through Body Sense magazine and a rich consumer education site, Massagetherapy.com. With members in all 50 states, the District of Columbia and U.S. territories, ABMP encourages ethical and informed practice through numerous venues, including dissemination of books on ethical practice by free direct mail to 1,500 U.S. massage schools and at low cost (on request) to members.
