Cathy Amenta is a Board Certified Massage Therapist, Reiki Master, Life Stylist, and a lifelong Health and Wellness expert.

Her two decades of experience with therapy and education offer tremendous insight into stress reduction and the relief of both acute and chronic pain.

Whether the issue is physical, economic, career, relationship, self-esteem, or life in general, Cathy's mission is to help remove barriers in order that you may claim the success, health, and happiness you so richly deserve. 

As a two-time survivor of stage IV Ovarian Cancer, Cathy’s work has shifted to encapsulate her specific experience. As a speaker and coach Cathy uses her journey as an example to educate, empower, and aid others who find themselves on a similar path.

Her clients receive an uncompromised level of care and dedication from Cathy, who places their individual needs, personality, and the situation above all else. Acknowledging stressors from all aspects of one's life or environment, Cathy’s passion is to once again help her clients achieve fullness in every aspect of their lives.
