I first experienced the healing power of energy, massage, yoga and communicating with spirit early in life.  Encountering life changing opportunities of sharing massage with injured high school track and field mates at age 16, followed by sending and seeing energy and spirit at age 22, then discovering yoga that dissipated my own back pain at age 26, my path in bodywork and readings continues on a passionate and magical trajectory.  I work closely with self care practitioners and educators to continually increase my knowledge and awareness for my clients as well as for my own personal practice.
