The body is the entry point. I work with trauma and somatically held memories. Unlike talk therapies which require the participation of the mind to create shifts and changes, my work addresses the bodily source directly. When we can "speak" to the body, we have access to a deeper, richer, and more profound picture of the hidden factors that have been directing your life. Using Somatic Experiencing® and Rosen Method® consciousness it is possible to easefully and pleasurably shift intractable and pernicious stumbling blocks.
