I have been a therapeutic massage therapist for over 30 years. I come from a dance background and have experienced pain throughout my life and so I am a bit more intuitive than most therapists. I am in support of the whole body/mind approach and believe that if we can individually find the best tools (using more than one modality and maintaining a healthy life style) and then maintain using those tools on a regular basis we would find that we would have a better quality of life.
