I chose the name Embodiment Arts for my practice because my approach to bodywork is not just to give the same treatment to everyone--it is an artistry. I individualize every session depending on your overall goals and what you'd like to get out of the specific session. You may choose to come in for just the physical benefits of massage or to also address your emotional, mental and spiritual bodies. We can approach these through traditional bodywork, coaching, and/or art-making. You and I will work together to design sessions and a treatment plan that is perfect for you!
