Welcome!

I am  Gina Lobito. It's an honor to work with clients and support their wellness. My bodywork practice is focused in bridging the gap between the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of ourselves. I focus in supporting clients, move through feelings of anxiety, feelings of trauma, and stress which has the potential to be ungrounding. I assist clients move though these energies and release, and ground their focus between Mind, Body and Spirit. 

I have the pleasure of studying at Diamond Light School of Massage & Healing Arts, which had a spiritually based approach to bodywork and healing. The school blended massage, sound/toning, Reiki and meditation to support clients with the physical and subtl energies of the body. A main focus as a practitioner was to become a clear conduit for light and healing for the highest good of the client.

I blend the modalities of Myofascial Release, Breathwork, Chakra Balancing, Crystals, Sound Healing and other modalities to assit clients facilitate the body's natural ability to heal. 

My relationship to bodywork and healing work has evolved. I view my role more as a facilitator for clients own ability to heal which is unique to each client.
