I danced and taught dance, gymnastics and Contact Improvisation for many years.

I've been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 1985.

I have Diplomas in Orthobionomy and Craniosacral Therapy.

I also have a bachelors in performing arts degree from USIU in San Diego.
