My name is Jonas Blume and I'm here to help you find balance, health, and empowerment. I have a thorough background in energy medicine/reiki and craniosacral therapy. I studied at Body Intellience in Berkeley, the Luminous Awareness Institute in Santa Cruz, and at a number of workshops in the San Francisco Bay Area.  In addition to my private practice, I work alongside massage therapists, acupunctarists, and chiropractors. While I can work with a number of ailments, the majority of my clients have come to me for support with headaches, TMJ, trauma (often from depression or anxiety), joint and back pain, neural issues, and issues related to blood circulation. However, many people come to me simply because they want to relax and rebalance. I can help you clear physical and energetic blockages that might be keeping you from reaching your full potential. Furthermore, I can also lead meditations for individuals or groups to help them ground or explore the nervous system. I've worked directly in conjunction with acupuncturists, chiropractors, massage therapists and indirectly with nutritionists, MD's and psychotherapists.
