Hi, I'm Judith and welcome to my world of Massage Therapy. I am an LMT and a CMT. I studied at The Swedish Institute in New York City and have been a practicing Massage Therapist since 1997. I have also been a Massage Instructor since 2007. Massage became an important part of my life when I was in college as a Musical Theater Major and did a lot of dancing. It was very necessary to help work out the soreness in my muscles. So I understood early on in my life how beneficial massage is.

With all of the stress in our lives, massage is no longer a luxury. It is a necessity! We must all take time to relax, heal, and love our bodies. I offer Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Reiki, Aromatherapy, Pregnancy and Chair Massage. Deep Tissue/Therapeutic is my specialty and my style is a combination of modalities.
