Kim Hough is a Corporate & Individual Health and Wellness Specialist. She is a Certified Yoga & Meditation Instructor, a licensed Massage Therapist (MA44542), Certified Health Coach and an Energy Medicine Practitioner in Delray Beach, Florida. She is on the faculty of American Institute of Massage Therapy where she has taught Relaxation and Stress Reduction Techniques. Having spent 18 years in high profile sales, marketing and management positions, she is very comfortable relating to corporations and knows how employee morale and work environment directly affect the bottom line. This has compelled her to create the Pillars Of  Healthy Lifestyle Maintenance program which includes Mindfulness training, Food Based healing education, & Relaxation and Stress Reduction classes,   for corporations conducted at the workplace with the added benefit of providing chair massage on-site as well.

She is certified in Advanced Food Healing and received her Health Coach certification through the American Council of Exercise. As a Health Coach she focuses on influencing positive life style changes and empowering others with the knowledge and skills to take control of their own health and well being. A Health Coach is a health promoter, educator, and active partner in unlocking each client's potential to maximize his or her own healthy lifestyle choices. 

She is passionate and excited about helping others achieve and maintain wellness and balance guiding yoga classes and workshops at country clubs, corporations, and yoga studios, and instructs privately as well. 

Kim holds certifications in HealingTouch, Theta Healing, Quantum Touch, Pan Gu Shengong moving and non-moving forms and Supreme Science Chi Gong. She is a Reiki Master/Teacher. She has studied energy medicine with Donna Eden and Barbara Brennan.
