I began studying bodywork at age forty after/during nearly ten years of very physical work in manufacturing. With a foundation in Swedish massage I began studying other facets of bodywork that work together in the overall healing process; Myofascial release, sports massage, trigger point work and less aggressive, subtler techniques like aromatherapy, hypnotherapy, prenatal and Reiki. After nearly four years of study I moved completely into bodywork.

I have a private practice where most of the work is house calls and I have an office in Santa Cruz. I work with a local chiropractor and neurologist and coordinate care for his clients.

My focus became very therapeutic; helping people to live and move in their bodies, to understand the importance of good nutrition and self care. To help correct the biomechanics that created the disharmony within themselves. My style is client centered; I listen to your needs and style your session to best accomplish your goals.
