Kristy Carlson is a licensed Massage Therapist with a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and a Master's degree in Exercise Physiology and Nutrition.  She is passionate about health and wellness and loves to help others feel their best!  Kristy specializes in a detailed technique that assesses posture and gait and incorporates massage with stretching and vibration to reduce and eliminate trigger points to restore mobility in joints and reduce pain.  She is also certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage to help with recovery from surgery, edema, autoimmune diseases, injuries and more.
