My name is Lauri Glenn and I am happy to welcome you to Bodhi Therapeutics, offering therapeutic Massage and Yoga. I'm the Owner and Operator and have been in practice since October of 2000. I currently work out of a conveniently located office in Central Truckee and am also available for outcalls in the greater Lake Tahoe Area. I specialize in relieving pain and stress, facilitating relaxation, injury rehab, and promoting healing and rejuvenation.
My yoga background is in Bikram, Iyengar and Wanderlust's vinyasa based style. My experience working in spas, physical therapy, the emergency medical services and my own private practice has allowed me the opportunity to work with a broad spectrum of people and body types from homemakers to office workers, laborers to weekend warriors as well as amateur and professional athletes. 
I specialize in slow, detailed Deep Tissue work with an emphasis on Sports Therapy techniques and utilitzation of the breath to allow greater access to the deeper musculature. I also offer the ultimate in pure relaxation massage as well as a service geared toward athletes called Dynamic Stretching and Mobilization.  I offer individual private yoga instruction in my office as well as instruction for couples and small groups at your location.  Taking into account your personal experience, lifestyle, profession, and your intentions for bodywork, I tailor each session to your specific needs. 

The word "Bodhi" is a Sanskrit and Pali term meaning "To Awaken, to know, to understand", or often translated as "Enlightenment". With each bodywork session, I facilitate an opportunity for you to "Awaken" not only your Body but Mind and Spirit as well.
