Over the last twelve years Mila has received training in at least a dozen different modalities.
Her bodywork sessions are a blend of: deep tissue, myo facial release, sports, trigger point, lymphatic drainage, stress release, restorative breathing and NEURO MUSCULAR REPROGRAMMING® (NMR).

NMR is a very effective, structural type of bodywork used to treat chronic and acute neuromuscular pain, balance and coordination issues. It speeds up the recovery from acute injury and surgery. 

The reprogramming is accomplished by light testing a series of muscles and muscle functions
and then releasing the muscle that is causing the inhibition  by being stuck in a contracted state. 
Clients report feeling more balanced, spacious and at ease after the session.
This bodywork approach is akin peeling of an onion, where you help the client to safely let go of the layers of dysfunction starting with the most recent ones, and help to free up the body from its negative patterns developed over the years.
