I believe bodywork, breathwork and yoga are portals to uncovering our "self" more deeply. 

I delight in holding space for individuals to go within and settle into that place where they can allow the healing power of the body to activate and do it's magic.  My education began in 2011 at the Salter School Massage Therapy 900 hour program in Tewksbury, Mass.  I recieved my Reiki 1 attunement from Sally Cook shortly following my graduation from school.  I worked as a professional licensed massage therapist for six years in many settings before beginning my 200 hour education in Yoga in Stoneham, Mass at Yoga Moves in 2017.  In late November 2018, I obtained a certification in Buti Yoga at the Cure Studio in Salisbury, Mass.  Throughout 2019, I have been studying Ayurveda in Vermont at the Ayurvedic Center of Vermont, learning the foundations of this vast and fascinating holistic approach to health.  It is my goal to facilitate a deepened sense of connection for each person through body and breath awareness during their time spent on the massage table.

When I'm not in the massage room, I enjoy gardening, being outdoors, reading, art of all kinds, yoga, playing with my dog Scooby, spending quality time with family, laughing with friends and listening to music that makes the body dance.
