I have been a licensed massage therapist since 2001 graduating with honors from the Humanities Center in St. Petersburg. I have always had an interest in anatomy, and how the human body moves and functions which was fueled by my years in competetive swimming. Regular massage and bodywork are a healthy and relaxing addition to any healthcare regimen. Massage is beneficial to practically everyone who uses their muscles and even those who dont. From athletes to elderly, massage adds movement to life.
