Michelle Gilbert, CA is a clinical aromatherapist based in Cleveland, Ohio. Michelle's aromatherapy background and approach is broad, ranging from the clinical to the esoteric. She is fascinated by the meeting point of science and spirit, of modern and ancient, of inner nature and outer expression.

Michelle has studied many wisdom traditions with teachers across the USA and internationally. Her aromatherapy work mindfully incorporates not only evidence-based essential oil data, but also core concepts from Ayurveda, traditional Chinese medicine, east-west psychology, shamanism, homeopathy, and subtle energy modalities.

Michelle believes in the strength and wisdom of the natural world, both seen and unseen. Her work emphasizes a balanced approach to exploring all realms of nature, with all realms of our own selves, for healing and wholeness.

In addition to providing aromatherapy consultations and energy work sessions, Michelle is an instructor for the student forum at Aromahead Institute. She also serves on the Board of Directors for Orenda Healing International, and in 2016 she plans to begin formal research into aromatherapy as support for psychological trauma.
