I have dedicated my life to Ayurveda and transformative health education and wellness services. As a Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner, Holistic Lifestyle Educator, Health Coach, Yoga Therapist and Licensed Massage Therapist, I work with groups and individuals, developing programs that advance each indivdual to clarify their intention and direction and goals and to unlock their creative and healing potential". 

My vision of health is the return to wholeness, our natural state of being, accomplished through Ayurveda's foundational principles based on nature's rhythms and laws, our personal constitution and the tri doshic theory, which determines our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual tendencies, state of mind, and how we relate to others and the world, and how to appropriately modify lifestyle factors, such as our food, environment, movement, rest, thoughts, emotions and relationships that contribute to either disease or health and the overall quality of our lives, and when necessary this includes herbal support and massage and body therapies. 

Ayurveda is practical knowledge and a functional medicine for self-healing, educating and evolving us, to live well and unlock our highest potential, and is the way in which we acquire true knowledge without any impurity or duality.
