Background Information:

Andy graduated from the Central Maryland School of Massage in Frederick, MD in Decemeber 2013. He is a License Massage Therapist (LMT) in Maryland and Washington, DC, and is a member of thr Associated Bodywork & Massage Pprofessionals (ABMP).

     Andy specializes in:

      * Swedish;

     * deep tissue;

     * sport massage; and

     * chair massage

Prior to earning his LMT, Andy taught courses in Physiology, Kinesiology and Wellness for the past 30 years at Gallaudet University in Washington, DC., and worked as a Personal trainer in his private practice and the Frederick County YMCA for over 10 years. He also has an extensive background in administrating camp programs, working with youth to senior citizens. Basically, Andy enjoys being a coach and educator for those who have a goal regarding the benefits of earning and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Andy communicates fluently in American Sign Language.
