Sara’s goal is to help each client feel more knowledgeable about, empowered and comfortable in their unique body. She loves her work and is grateful each day for the continued opportunity to empower people in accepting, understanding, and caring for their bodies. Her goal is to encourage and support improved self-awareness and self-care, in body and mind, seeing bodywork as a powerful preventative medicine and seeking to make it approachable and accessible to all.

Sara graduated from East West College of the Healing Arts in Portland, Oregon, with a focus in Deep Tissue, Myofascial, Tui Na (Chinese Massage) and Spa Therapies. She has further explored Thai Massage theory and practice at the Baan Jai Center for Thai Massage, and likes to incorporate traditional Thai techniques adjusted for the table when clients are interested. Sara is grateful to use a balance of structural and energetic approaches, from Eastern and Western paradigms. Each body and constitution is individual, and to not consider all avenues is to greatly underestimate its wonderful complexity.
