The International SPA Association (ISPA) has declared October as Spa Awareness Month. ISPA is a professional organization and voice of the spa industry, representing more than 1,400 health and wellness facilities and providers. The organization is looking to take its mantra defining the spa experience — “your time to relax, reflect, revitalize and rejoice” — to the general public.
