As the granddaughter of an osteopathic doctor, I have always had a great interest in helping and healing others. Inspired by his example, compassion for the suffering of others is a major influence in my life. I am very happy in my chosen profession because with my emphasis on therapeutic medical massage, I have daily opportunities to help others achieve that physical awareness which comes from an understanding of how the body works and how it can be healed through the services I offer. Specializing in Myofascial Release Therapy, Structural Integration, Trigger Point Therapy, Deep Tissue, Swedish, Reflexology, and CranioSacral Therapy, I help my clients obtain wellness in areas including full range of motion, pain reduction or even simple relaxation and stress relief. My insatiable thirst for learning ensures that I am constantly seeking instruction in new techniques, so that the services I provide are never stagnant, but always evolving and improving. I am never so truly happy and at peace as when I am helping others.
