Hello everyone! My name is Crystal Kruska and I have been a licensed massage practitioner with Back to Basics since 2012. On my journey as a massage practitioner I have nurtured my love for the healing arts with continued education as well as constructive feedback from the wonderful patients I serve. I utilize many different modalities such as Deep Tissue (number one request), relaxing Swedish massage, Hot Stone massage and Prenatal/Pregnancy massage. I also have training in Cranial/Sacral massage and have used this with people that cannot handle a lot of pressure or just don't enjoy deep work in general. In particular I have a warm place in my heart for hot stones, it is absolutely my favorite treatment to give and receive!
I have experience working with auto accident injuries, industrial injuries, sports injuries and “mom’s to be” as well as your everyday desk jockeys. Most recently I have been dabbling in sports massage techniques for my runners and increasing my knowledge of prenatal/postnatal massage therapy. Overall I enjoy working with the diverse crowd that fill my daily schedule and look forward to meeting some new faces!
