Thank you for taking a moment to read about the services I offer.  My philosophy in all of the work that I practice is to help individuals achieve health, wellness, and inner peace by addressing the mind and body. I am a licensed massage therapist and a licensed mental health professional. In addition to more well-known massage modalities such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Therapeutic, and pregnancy massage, I also offer Thai yoga massage.
