Hello, if I were to summarize my philosophy it would simply be that the Universe is sending us all a very clear message. We only need to relax, come back into balance, and cultivate our ability to listen.  The message, not to be overthought is  'Do what works.'

 Love works!  The Universe wants us to really enjoy a happy and healthy life and if the body is tight, in pain, we are stressed and things are falling apart, how wonderful. Our body is an incredible instrument that is sending us a powerful message on behalf of our spirit.  We are now provided with an opportunity, not to be ignored,  to relax, decompress, balance and reintegrate in a way that will emerge so much happier if we arise to the challenge.  Even though it may not look like it right now, that light needed to create the positive shift is just around the corner!  We are all being asked to trust this natural process of evolution and we may just need a nudge to encourage us to make these very necessary changes. I help my clients in this way, while giving them the best massage of their lives.  

In a nutshell, I helpremember:  Focus on what we don’t want as we will just get more of the same, focus instead on what we really want and then those dreams can expand and the Universe will send the, to us!  We can put in our orders for our dreams if we can release what is holding us back!
