Shawna lives in Western MA with her family.  She offers thoughtful listening and responding to the unique needs of each client.  She loves working with people who have anxiety, depression, people experiencing transitions in their lives, people preparing for or recovering from athletic challenges, and people who are seeking pain management.  

My relaxation massage is a combination of Swedish, Trigger Point Therapy, and Deep Tissue Massage.  

I also offer Cupping Therapy, Hot Stone Massage, Rotisserie Massage (for sciatica and low back pain), Prenatal and Postpartum Massage (babies welcome!).  I offer essential oils diffused in my massage sessions and I'm also open to offering you the kind of musical accompaniment you prefer (Spa, folk, Bring Your Own!).  This is YOUR time- it will be tailored to the person YOU are!
