Tele is a State of Maryland Licensed Massage Therapist and a Registered Craniosacral Therapist. She holds a Bachelors of Arts Degree from Goucher College and is a member of both the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals and the Biodynamic Craniosacral Association of North America.

In 2007 she graduated from the East-West College of the Healing Arts in Portland, Oregon. She has additional bodywork training in biodynamic craniosacral therapy, shock and trauma resolution, visceral manipulation, pregnancy massage, energetic healing, and craniosacral therapy for infants. She has also completed training as a doula with Births Arts International.

Mostly, Tele is a good listener and loves a good story. During many years of practicing bodywork she has touched stories held in bodies of all shapes, ages and sizes. They have all taught remarkable lessons about life. Hundreds of hours of advanced training have helped her to better understand those lessons while supporting her clients in healing, mind-body and spirit.

As a Massage Therapist and Registered Craniosacral Therapist her mission is to help you feel better while finding a deeper connection to and understanding of your health and body.

The guiding principles of Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy form the foundation of her bodywork practice: We are whole. Health is never lost. Healing happens in the present moment and is guided by the inherent wisdom of the body.
